Automation and a new process logistics system made it possible to reduce the space occupied by the production line by 30 percent. The reclaimed space, along with a new elevated buffer system, has helped to significantly increase storage space capacity.Daily production increased from 400 to 1,500 frames per day, working the same number of hoursPersonnel costs were simultaneously REDUCED by 80%.

“When the tolerances we need to meet are very tight, as was the case with this project, there is a risk that automation will become too complex, and therefore costly, to meet these requirements. But at the same time, the associated risks will increase. The ability to combine and simplify things is the best path to take, and is often the hardest to find, but also the only one that leads to success.
