AkuWeld is most widely used by manufacturers in the field of metalworking.
Autocalibration with ABB – BullsEye® and absolute robot – continuous accuracy and repeatability without reprogramming operations
Robostudio offline programming: high productivity, economical and flexible production for smaller scale and reduced programming costs.
“The two-station machine is designed to guarantee the elimination of workstation vibrations and maximum precision and repeatability even in the most delicate welding processes such as TIG, plasma and laser. Dual-station solutions enable parallel loading/unloading and setup, reducing production time.
Cell programming is optimized through virtualization and calibration via the state-of-the-art offline RoboStudio system, which allows the robot to operate without interruptions caused by programming new products. Precision is guaranteed by the robust design machined by the machine tool, by the use of an absolute industrial anthropomorphic robot, i.e. with maximum error reduction in its axes directly from the factory, and by the use of high-speed tooling systems that avoid the need to repair an existing program once it returns to production.”
