Electric transfer to press
This is a double transfer to press designed to transfer stamped parts from mold to mold for multiple stations using 3 electrically driven axes: X, Y, Z.
It is equipped with an electronic controller with the ability to control up to 12 axes using software developed by COPREN ENGINEERING, which allows synchronization with the press.
The software’s graphic interface, simple and intuitive to use, facilitates programming.
THE MAIN GROUP IS MADE OF 3 AXES: X-AXIS = HORIZONTAL; Y-AXIS = OPEN/CLOSE; Z-AXIS = VERTICAL. The axes of the MAIN DEVICE are synchronized with the axes of the SUBJECT DEVICE. They have electronic cams that allow simultaneous movement without mechanical transmission.
It is mainly supplied in 2 versions: a heavy version with 8 synchronized axes, whose structure is attached to the press columns.
In the lighter version with 6 synchronized axes, the structure is fixed horizontally to the press.
On request, the geometry of the conveyor can be adapted to specific customer requirements.
