We have many realizations in the chimney manufacturer market in Poland, where our solutions are used by market leaders. So far, our main realizations have focused on sheet metal from 0.4 to 1.0 mm thick and acid-resistant material or ferritic sheets.
Today, however, we would like to focus your attention on equipment that is designed for a different range of the chimney production market, the so-called chimney connections or fireplace connections.
Black sheets are a smaller but very popular market, due to the large sales of fireplaces and other heat sources we use for heating in our homes.
We are currently in the process of completing an order for our customer in Poland, and we decided to write about this proven and at the same time very efficient solution from our offer. Such a production outlet consists of a two-roll coiler of the RMA type made by Weil Technology and a welding device of the same company.
The scope of this solution includes the following chimney pipes:
- Pipe diameters from 120 to 400 mm
- Pipe lengths from 150 to 1250 mm
- Material thickness from 0.4 to 2.0 mm
- Materials possible in processing: black plate, acid-resistant sheet, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloys
Such lines are mainly aimed at customers who want to produce chimney connections in their company in an efficient and semi-automatic way.

- The line operates on a 30-second cycle time, which allows one operator to work on 3 machines in the same cycle, can pick up the rolled pipe on the twin-roll coiler, load it into the laser longitudinal welding machine, and transfer it to the next Novatec station used to process the end of the pipe
